Visiting his sister in Europe, Pierre Néron came across washer-fluid refill pumps at service stations. Nothing like it existed in Québec. The idea became real in 2013.

Pay
Card or Apple Pay, right at the pump. You pay by the millilitre: exactly what you pour, not a jug size decided in advance.
Open
Open the hood, then the washer-fluid reservoir cap. Same move as with a jug, without the funnel or the plastic.
Fill up
Fill at the nozzle, like at the pump. Stop when the reservoir is full. One fill, one jug less.
The fluid sold at the pump is good to −40 °C. No summer blend to swap, no bad surprise in January. The icon on every pump says it: a windshield, a spray, “−40°” inside a droplet.
22 million jugs is too many. Goal: zero jugs.
